$ABC$ is an acute-angled triangle. The tangents to the circumcircle at $A$ and $C$ meet the tangent at $B$ at $M$ and $N$. The altitude from $B$ meets $AC$ at $P$. Show that $BP$ bisects the angle $MPN$.
