In triangle $ABC$, $\angle B=2\angle C$ and $\angle A\gt 90^\circ$. Let $D$ lie on line $AB$ with $CD\perp AC$, and let $M$ be the midpoint of $BC$. Prove $\angle AMB=\angle DMC$.
