Let $ABCD$ be a convex quadrilateral such that $AD = DC$, $AC = AB$ and $\angle ADC = \angle CAB$. Let $M$ and $N$ be the midpoints of $AD$ and $AB$. Prove that triangle $MNC$ is isosceles.
