Question 93

Let $n$ be a natural number with 120 positive divisors (including 1 and $n$). For each divisor $d$ of $n$, let $q$ be the quotient and $r$ be the remainder of dividing $4n-3$ by $d$. Let $Q$ be the sum of all the quotients $q$ and $R$ be the sum of all the remainders $r$ obtained by dividing $4n-3$ by the 120 possible $d$.
Determine $Q-4R$; give all the possibilities.
