There are $1234$ pebbles on a table. Ratko and Rudi play the following game: first Ratko takes an even number of pebbles, at least two but no more than $100$, and then Rudi takes an odd number of pebbles, at least one but no more than $99$. The players take turns taking pebbles, always following the same conditions. A player wins if he takes all remaining pebbles, or if the other player can't make his move.
