$ABC$ is a triangle all of whose angles are acute. Let $H$ be the foot of the altitude from $C$, and let $K$ be the midpoint of $AC$. Suppose $BK=CH$ and $\widehat{KBC}=\widehat{HCB}$. Prove that $ABC$ is equilateral.
