A circle $\gamma$ is inscribed in the convex quadrilateral $ABCD$ and touches $AD,CD$ at $P,Q$, respectively. The diagonal $BD$ intersects $\gamma$ at $X,Y$, and $M$ is the midpoint of $XY$. Prove that $\angle AMP=\angle CMQ$.
