Suppose $a^2+b^2=2019c^2$, where $a,b,c$ are the sides of a triangle and $\alpha,\beta,\gamma$ are their respective opposite angles. Find
$$\frac{\cot\gamma}{\cot\alpha+\cot\beta}.$$
