Question 52
Let $C$ and $C'$ be two externally tangent circles with centers $O$ and $O'$ and radii $1$ and $2$, respectively. From $O$ a tangent to $C'$ is drawn with point of tangency $P'$, and from $O'$ the tangent to $C$ is drawn with point of tangency $P$, in the same half-plane as $P'$ with respect to the line through $O$ and $O'$. Find the area of the triangle $OXO'$, where $X$ is the intersection point of $O'P$ and $OP'$.
