Let $ABC$ be a triangle with $AB=10$ and $\frac{\cos A}{\cos B}=\frac{AC}{BC}=\frac43$. Let $P$ be a point on the inscribed circle of triangle $ABC$. Find the largest possible value of $PA^2+PB^2+PC^2$.
