In a trapezium $ABCD$, $AD$ is parallel to $BC$ and points $E$ and $F$ are the midpoints of $AB$ and $DC$ respectively. If $$\frac{\text{Area of }AEFD}{\text{Area of }EBCF}=\frac{\sqrt3+1}{3-\sqrt3},$$ and the area of triangle $ABD$ is $\sqrt3$, find the area of the trapezium $ABCD$.
