In the figure, triangle $ABC$ has $AB=5$ cm, $BC=13$ cm and $AC=10$ cm. Points $P,Q$ lie on sides $AB,AC$ respectively such that $[APQ]/[ABC]=1/4$, where brackets denote triangle area. If the least possible length of $PQ$ is $k$ cm, find $k$.
