Let $S=\{1,2,3,\ldots,20\}$. Suppose $N$ is the smallest positive integer for which exactly eighteen numbers in $S$ divide $N$, and the only two numbers in $S$ not dividing $N$ are consecutive integers. Find the sum of the digits of $N$.
