SMO 2008 Senior Round 1 Question 23

In the figure, $ADE$ is a triangle with $\angle AED=120^\circ$. Points $B,C$ lie on side $AD$ such that $BCE$ is equilateral. If $AB=4$ cm, $CD=16$ cm and $BC=x$ cm, find $x$.
