In $\triangle ABC$, $\angle CAB=30^\circ$ and $\angle ABC=80^\circ$. The point $M$ lies inside the triangle such that $\angle MAC=10^\circ$ and $\angle MCA=30^\circ$. Find $\angle BMC$ in degrees.
