The vertices of a regular $100$-gon $P$ are colored red or blue, with each color occurring at least $24$ times. Prove that there exist $24$ pairwise disjoint quadrilaterals $Q_1,Q_2,\ldots,Q_{24}$ whose vertices are vertices of $P$, such that each $Q_i$ has either one or three red vertices.
