Let $ABC$ be a triangle. The incircle, centered at $I$, touches side $BC$ at $D$. Let $M$ be the midpoint of the altitude from $A$ to $BC$. Lines $MI$ and $BC$ meet at $E$. Prove that $BD = CE$.
