The following figure shows both shaded and non-shaded polygons. The unit is in meter (m). The polygon ABCDEFG represents a rectangle with right angle triangles BFE, BCE and ECD and trapezoid ABFG. The given lengths are 3m, 4m and 5m for GF, FE and FB respectively. The angle of BEC is 45 degrees. Find the area of shaded regions.
