Let $a$, $b$, and $c$ be the lengths of the sides of a triangle, $R$ the radius of its circumcircle, and $r$ the radius of its incircle. Prove that
$$
\frac{Rr}{(a+b+c)^2} \le \frac{1}{54}.
$$
