In the exterior of a triangle $ABC$, 3 squares $PQBA$, $RSCB$ and $TUAC$, each having a side of the triangle as one of its sides, were drawn. If $AB = 3$, $BC = 4$ and $CA = 3$, determine the area of the hexagon $PQRSTU$. Here we denote for a line segment $XY$ its length also by $XY$.
