Question 93
A real number is put inside each cell of an $n \times n$ table. Each time we may add a real number $x$ to each of the cells of a single row or a single column, where the real number $x$ may vary at each time. Find the maximum $k$ for which it is always possible to make $k$ of the cells zeros simultaneously after a finite number of steps.
