Question 32
An $8 \times 8$ board is initially painted as a standard chessboard in black and white. In each move we choose one row or column and change the colour of each of the eight squares in that row or column from white to black or vice versa. Is it possible to achieve that after a finite sequence of such moves exactly one square on the board is black? (Counting and Configurations)
