Let $ABC$ be a triangle with circumcenter $O$ such that $AC = 7$. Suppose that the circumcircle of $AOC$ is tangent to $BC$ at $C$ and intersects the line $AB$ at $A$ and $F$. Let $FO$ intersect $BC$ at $E$. Compute $BE$.
