$AB$ is a diameter of a circle with centre $M$. Chord $CD$ is parallel to $AB$, and $C$ is its endpoint nearer to $A$. Line $MC$ meets $AD$ at $E$ such that $AC=EC$. Find the size of angle $CAM$.
