VMO 2025 Question 6

Let $a,b,c$ be nonnegative real numbers with $a+b+c=3$. Prove that
$$\sqrt{3a^3+4bc+b+c}+\sqrt{3b^3+4ca+c+a}+\sqrt{3c^3+4ab+a+b}\ge9.$$
