Let $ABC$ be a triangle. Reflect $A,B,C$ in the lines containing their opposite sides to obtain $A',B',C'$, respectively. Determine a necessary and sufficient condition on $ABC$ for the triangles $ABC$ and $A'B'C'$ to have equal areas.
