SMO 2008 Open Round 2 Question 4

Let $0\lt a,b\lt \pi/2$. Show that
$$\frac5{\cos^2a}+\frac5{\sin^2a\sin^2b\cos^2b}\ge27\cos a+36\sin a.$$
