SMO 2007 Senior Round 1 Question 8

The diagram below shows a quadrilateral $ABCD$ where $AB=10$, $BC=6$, $CD=8$ and $DA=2$. The diagonals $AC$ and $BD$ intersect at the point $O$ and $\angle COB=45^\circ$. Find the area of the quadrilateral $ABCD$.
