Let $O$ be the circumcentre of triangle $ABC$, and $P,Q$ the midpoints of $AO,BC$, respectively. Suppose $\angle CBA=4\angle OPQ$ and $\angle ACB=6\angle OPQ$. Find $\angle OPQ$ in degrees.
