As shown, $L$ and $M$ lie on $PQ$ and $QR$, respectively. $O$ is the intersection of $LR$ and $PM$. Given $MP=MQ$, $LQ=LR$, $PL=PO$ and $\angle POR=x^\circ$, find $x$.
