A circle has diameter $AB$, with $C$ on $AB$ and $BC = 2 AC$. Let $D$ lie on the circle with $DC \perp AB$, and $DE$ be another diameter. Find area $\left(CDE\right) /$ area $\left(ADB\right)$.
