The diagonals $AC$ and $CE$ of the regular hexagon $ABCDEF$ are divided by the inner points $M$ and $N$, respectively, so that $\frac{AM}{AC}=\frac{CN}{CE}=r$. Determine $r$ if $B,M,N$ are collinear.
