In the figure below, $ABCD$ is a convex quadrilateral such that $M$ is the midpoint of $CD$ and $\angle AMB=135^\circ$. Prove that $AD+BC+\frac{\sqrt2}{2}CD\ge AB$. (A detailed solution is required.)
