Let $ABCD$ be a rectangle and $P$ be a point on the line $CD$. Let $M$ and $N$ be the midpoints of $AD$ and $BC$. The line $PM$ intersects $AC$ into $Q$. Show that $MN$ is the bisector of the angle $\angle QNP$.
