MYTS 2019 - Grade 9 - Round 2 Question 4

Positive integers $m,n$ and a prime $p$ satisfy $p=\frac{m+n}{2}+3\sqrt{mn}$. Prove that $p+4m$ and $p+4n$ are perfect squares.
