In the figure, $ABCD$, $AHIJ$ and $AEGF$ are squares, and $H$ is the midpoint of $BE$. Their side lengths, in centimetres, are natural numbers. Find $AB$, given that the shaded area is 19 cm². Give the answer in centimetres.
