SMO 2009 Junior Round 1 Question 22

The diagram below shows a rectangle $ABLJ$, where the areas of $ACD$, $BCEF$, $DEIJ$ and $FGH$ are $22\text{ cm}^2$, $500\text{ cm}^2$, $482\text{ cm}^2$ and $22\text{ cm}^2$ respectively. Find the area of $HIK$ in $\text{cm}^2$.
