A park has only linden and maple trees. At the start of the year, three fifths of the trees are maple trees. Some more linden trees are planted in the spring, and then only one fifth of all the trees are maple trees. In the fall, some more maple trees are planted, and once again, three fifths of all the trees are maple trees. Find the ratio of the number of trees now to their initial number.
