An island has 50 clubs. Each inhabitant of the island is a member of 1 or 2 clubs. Each club has a maximum of 55 members and for each pair of clubs there is an island inhabitant who is a member of the two clubs. Find all the possibilities for the possible amounts of islanders. Justify your answer.
