A rectangle is split into rectangles 1, 2, 3 and 4 as shown. Rectangle 4 has half the area of rectangle 1, and rectangle 2 has $2/3$ the area of rectangle 1. Find the ratio of rectangle 3’s area to the entire rectangle’s area.
