Write the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 into the five circles (each once) so that, for each number, the sum of the numbers in the circles directly connected to it equals the total given in the list: 1=8, 2=12, 3=7, 4=5, 5=3. The small boxed diagram is an example of how the list works.
